IN THE CARE OF
Pinecrest Funeral Home & Memorial Park
Pamela Ann Berkemeyer, age 70, passed away November 7, 2019. She was born July 27, 1949 in Conway, Arkansas to Joe and Ann Nahlen who preceded her in death. Pam lived most of her life in Little Rock, Arkansas but had lived the last 19 years in the Cabot area.
For many years, Pam volunteered in the library and worked in the cafeteria at St. Theresa Catholic School in Little Rock. She enjoyed feeding birds, caring for her potted plants, and playing games with her granddaughters.
She will be remembered for her loving, kind heart and always putting others before herself. She is a hero to many for living with Multiple Sclerosis for over 45 years. She persevered, kept going, and never complained.
Pam is survived by her husband of 50 years, Mike Berkemeyer, daughter Angela Berkemeyer, and granddaughters Alex and Alaina Bruton.
Please join us in celebrating her life with a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, November 12, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Rosary will be Monday, November 11, at 6:00 p.m. with a visitation at 7:00 p.m. at St. Theresa. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, (www.nationalmssociety.org/Donate) or St. Theresa Catholic School (http://stslr.org/).
