*Obituary
Edna Belle, the beloved wife of Mr. Elbert S. Weber, died at their home in Wisner, La., on Monday morning at 4:15 o'clock of heart disease. The deceased was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Fulenwider of Felsenthal, and leaves a devoted husband and a 15-days-old son, her parents and three younger sisters to mourn her death. She was born on June 14, 1889, and married on April 24, 1908. Mrs. Weber was possessed of a lovable, Christian character and was a devout member of the Baptist church, which assures those left behind that she will be awaiting their arrival in Heaven if they follow in her footsteps. The remains were brought to Felsenthal Monday via Monroe and taken to Waldo Tuesday morning for interment in Shiloh cemetery near there. A short funeral service was conducte3d at the home by Rev. R. F. Tredway before the remains were taken to the train. Mrs. R. W. Cargill accompanied the sorrowing relatives to Waldo. May God in His mercy soothe their afflicted hearts and strengthen their faith in Him. (The Huttig News - October 29, 1910)
