The Rev. Harley "Willie" Duncan, 77, of Fort Smith died Jan. 31, 2014, in Fort Smith.
He was born Oct. 28, 1936, in Forest to the late Houston and Eva Singleton Duncan.
He had worked for G&B Battery and served in the United States Air Force. The Rev. Duncan had been a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God for more than 40 years and was a longtime member of Evangel Temple, but most recently had been a member of Van Buren First Assembly of God.
He was preceded in death this past year by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Earlene Duncan.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Mason of Fort Smith; a son, Paul Duncan of Burnet, Texas; a sister, Joyce Simpson of Fort Smith; two brothers, Larry Duncan of Fort Smith and Don Duncan of Alma; four grandchildren, Andi Pass, Alex Duncan, Steven Mason and Tonya Shroyer; and five great-grandchildren, Chasittie Pass, Brayden and Starr Duncan and Kyle and Cammy Shroyer.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Edwards Funeral Home.

Dorothy Earlene Duncan, 77, of Fort Smith died Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, in Fort Smith.
She was born May 6, 1936, in Lamar.
She was a longtime member of Evangel Temple and a recent member of Van Buren First Assembly of God, worked in home health and was a homemaker.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
She is survived by her husband, Harley; a daughter, Melissa Mason of Fort Smith; a son, Paul Duncan of Burnet, Texas; a brother, Doyle England of North Richland Hills, Texas; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
