Mary Sue Hill 75 of Paron passed away on January 20, 2014. She was born on January 21, 1938 to the late, Andy and Louise Lambert in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mary retired after 20 plus years as a LPTN from the Benton Services Center. She loved to travel, making beautiful jewelry and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; one grandson; one brother; one sister; three sister-in-laws and two brother-in-laws.
She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, H. W. “Jinks” Hill; two daughters, Shara Lou Drennan (Robert) and Linda Compton (John); two sons, Mack Hill (Delores) and Wayne Hill (Belinda); five grandchildren, Adam (Angie), Joe (Michelle), Brandy (Stephen), Melanie and Erik; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, A.C. Lambert (Karen) and Jerry Lambert (Mary Alice) and many beloved in laws, nieces, nephews and friends who all loved her and will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 23, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant. A celebration of life will be Friday, January 24, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fowler Cemetery in Paron, AR. The family would like to give a special thanks to Jessi, Sandra “That Girl” and to all her health care providers throughout the years that have given Mary such wonderful care. Harley Wayne "Jinks" Hill, 86 of Paron, passed away December 7, 2015. He was born September 22, 1929 to Lilburn and Sybil Hill in Paron. He was a 32nd Degree Mason of the Masonic Paron Lodge No.309, for many years. He loved going to the casino, all sports and especially the Cardinal's baseball. He loved his children and grandchildren, traveling with his wife and family and they went to every state in the US except Alaska and Hawaii.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 62 years, Mary Sue Hill; two brothers, Jack Hill and Sharon Cleghorn; grandchild, Phillip Don Hill, and son-in-law, John Compton.
He is survived by two daughters, Shara Lou Drennan (Robert) and Linda Compton; two sons, Mack Hill (Delores) and Wayne Hill (Belinda); eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; five sisters; four brothers, and a host of family and friends who loved him and will miss him dearly.
Graveside service on 1 p.m., Friday, December 11, at Fowler Cemetery in Paron.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, December 10, at Dial and Dudley Funeral Home in Bryant.
