*When Davidson Alexander Johnson was born on March 6, 1862, in Bauxite, Arkansas, his father, William, was 43 and his mother, Temperance, was 35. He married Amy Massouri Peterson - Johnson and they had seven children together. He then married Susan Margaret Childress - Johnson and they had seven children together. He died on April 1, 1937, in Paron, Arkansas, at the age of 75, and was buried there.

*Amy Massouri Peterson - Johnson was born on July 1, 1864, in Holly Springs, Arkansas. She married Davidson Alexander Johnson on April 13, 1884. They had seven children in 14 years. She died as a young mother on February 10, 1890, at the age of 25.

*Susan Margaret Childress - Johnson was born on July 23, 1873, in Walker, Georgia. She married Davidson Alexander Johnson on September 22, 1892. They had seven children in 16 years. She died on September 23, 1954, in Paron, Arkansas, at the age of 81.
