November 15, 1939 - January 10, 2011
Retired Sergeant Paul Jackson, age 71, of Hot Springs was born in Modesto, California, November 15, 1939, to the late Wilson and Mable Jackson. His brother, Joe Jackson, preceded him in death. He went to his Heavenly Father January 10, 2011.
He graduated from Cutter Morning Star High School. He served in the U.S. Army. He was employed by the Hot Springs Police Department. He retired at the rank of sergeant after 20 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Alta Caudell Jackson; and daughter Polly LeAnn Radford and son-in-law Michael Radford of Benton, Arkansas.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today at Gross Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Friday at Grand Avenue Baptist Church under the direction of Dr. Jim Holland and Rev. Tim Evans.
Interment will follow at Morning Star Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wesley McKnight, Tim Caudell, David Terry, Blake Buttrum, Greg Kellar, and Roger Kellar.
Honorary pallbearers are Ed McKnight, Larry Littlefield, Jerry Brown, Troy Tucker, Jim Edwards, and members of the Men's Prayer Breakfast.
