*When Joseph R Taylor was born on November 8, 1844, in Paron, Arkansas, his father, John, was 24 and his mother, Sarah, was 17. He married Luticia Robinson and they had 14 children together. He then married Haynie Honey Lou Clements and they had two children together. He died on May 16, 1931, in his hometown at the age of 86, and was buried there.
