*When John Monroe Taylor was born on March 23, 1875, in Paron, Arkansas, his father, Samuel, was 23 and his mother, Sarah, was 20. He married Lular Donna Rosalee Phillips on March 3, 1907, in his hometown. They had six children during their marriage. He died on March 24, 1950, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the age of 75.
*When Lular Donna Rosalee Phillips was born on May 10, 1891, in Oklahoma, Oklahoma, her father, James, was 27, and her mother, Martha, was 28. She married John Monroe Taylor on March 3, 1907, in Paron, Arkansas. They had six children during their marriage. She died as a young mother on July 21, 1919, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, at the age of 28.
