Joyce Dean Ponder, 67, of Chidester, Arkansas, manager of Y-Mart before her retirement, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2002. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 18, 2002, 6-8 p.m., at Proctor Funeral Home Memorial Park Cemetery, 442 Jefferson Drive S.W., Camden, Arkansas. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, December 19, 10 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Proctor Funeral Home
