*Eula Brooks was born on August 17, 1909, in Hampton, Arkansas, the daughter of Mary and Zachariah. She married Omer Vernon Chenault and they had three children together. She then married Joseph "JOE" Wanderer and they had one daughter together. She died on November 9, 1949, in Merced, California, at the age of 40, and was buried in Paron, Arkansas.
