Jo Ann Buzbee, 73, of Dumas, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 5, 2020 at the Earlene Howard Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale.

Jo Ann was born on August 20, 1946 in Telluride, Colorado, a daughter of Thomas Grant and Jimmie Nell Cantrell Grant. Jo Ann worked many years as a Librarian at the Dumas Public Library. She was an avid reader, loved animals and enjoyed watching the Golden Girls on television.

She is survived by one daughter, Deann Mantegani and husband Ben of Springdale; one son, Tim Barnhart and wife Shannon of Springdale; two sisters, Anna Lee Robertson of Camden, Arkansas and Carolyn Sharp of Pomona, Missouri; six grandchildren, Clay Mantegani, Haley McKinney, Zac Barnhart, Dylan Barnhart, Joey Mantegani and Caden Barnhart; four great grandchildren, Nevaeh McKinney, Gannon McKinney, Remington McKinney and Langston McKinney; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Geraldine Downum and two brothers, Theo Harris and Wayne Harris.

Graveside services will be held at Elm Springs Cemetery on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 10:00am. Pastor Euel Bilderback will officiate the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale. Please visit http://www.backstrom-pyeatte.com to sign our online guestbook.
