Roy Leon Graves, 85, of Clarksville died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2007, in Clarksville. He was born Dec. 19, 1921, in Mount Levi. He was retired from the U.S. Forestry Service, a member and deacon of Clarksville First Assembly of God and a World War II veteran, receiving five Bronze Service Stars.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville with burial at Hagarville Cemetery in Hagarville.
He is survived by his wife, Annie; a daughter, Elise Cameron of Clarksville; three sons, James, Ralph and Mark Graves, all of Clarksville; a sister, Martha Rutledge of Hagarville; two brothers, William Graves of Hagarville and Jesse Graves of Fort Smith; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Brandon, Eric, Chris and David Graves, Jeremy Cameron and Josh Auterson.
Annie Elizabeth
Mrs. Annie Elizabeth (Boen) Graves, 82, of Clarksville, passed away July 19, 2015, in Clarksville.
She was born December 24, 1932 in Fallsville, AR to James and Minnie (Case) Boen.
Elizabeth loved working with kids and spending her time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and attended Hedgeway Church.
Mrs. Graves is preceded in death by her husband; parents; brothers, Burlie, Tom, Roy and Lester Boen; sisters, Vyrtle Barens, Josephine Hargis and Rose Barnes.
She is survived by her sons, James and Ruth Graves of Clarksville, Ralph Graves of Clarksville, Mark and Deborah Graves of Clarksville; daughter, Elise and Terry Cameron of Lamar; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00p.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
Mrs. Graves' funeral service will be held at 10:00a.m., Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Hedgeway Church in Lamar, with Bro. Don Alexander officiating.
Burial will follow in Hagarville Cemetery with William Rutledge, Robert Boen, Darrell Barnes, Mike Hargis, Glenn David Graves and Rodger Boen serving as Pallbearers.
Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home
