Lois Bean age 76 of Havana passed away July 20, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock.
She was born July 30, 1943 in Hyannis Massachusetts to the late Carl William & Myrtle Blankinship Schonig. Lois was a very kind, generous and loving person. She worked at Mitchell’s Nursing Home for 40 years and was dedicated to the residents and staff. Lois will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Samuel Donald Bean; parents and two sisters.
Survivors include two nephews Steven & Michael both of Michigan and extended family and friends.

Samuel Donald Bean, age 79 died September 18th 2017 at St. Marys Regional Hospital Russellville.
He was born June 24th 1938 to James Edward & Nora Ballard Bean at Onyx. He was retired from Deltic Farm & Timber in Ola.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Rueben Conway and James Elmer Bean; and sister, Ina Mae White and her husband Harold White and great grandson, Gunner Martin.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lois Schonig Bean of Havana; daughter, Vickey (Mike) Waters; son Donald Keith (Teresa) Bean all of Havana; grandchildren, Brandy (Evan) Pisciotta of Pottsville; Krista (Dustin) Bell of Pottsville; Mistie Dawn Bean of Danville; Bobby Martin of Belleville; Misty Ann Waters of Harrisburg; Jessica Deckelman of Harrisburg; Cody Waters of Maryland; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 pm Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Danville Cornwell Funeral. Mr. Bean requests no further service.
