He married Jewell Elizabeth Clark on October 31, 1917, in Pulaski, Arkansas. He died on September 16, 1968, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 75, and was buried in Saline, Arkansas.
Jewell Elizabeth Clark was born on September 13, 1898, in Missouri. She married Alonzo Leighton Dodson on October 31, 1917, in Pulaski, Arkansas. She died on April 28, 1991, at the age of 92, and was buried in Saline, Arkansas.
