WEST FORK — Jerry John Nixon, 18, of West Fork died February 15. 2002, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Aug. 12, 1983, in Odessa, Texas, to Jerry Don and Joellen Stout Nixon. He was a senior at West Fork High School and played football for the West Fork Tigers. He was employed by Jake's Pizza in West Fork.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Joellen Bullman and Bruce Green, both of the home; one brother, Zachary Green of the home; one sister, Heather Maddan of Prairie Grove; his grandparents, Marlene and Elmer Burks and Jean Luce.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the West Fork High School gymnasium. Burial will be in West Fork Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville.
