Wilma Theresa Grimmett, 84, of Ferndale went home to be with the Lord, Monday, March 30, 2020. She was born February 12, 1936 in Little Rock, Arkansas, a daughter of the late James W. Burns and Dorothy Scott Burns.
Theresa was a homemaker and worked in clothing sales. She enjoyed reading and working in her flower garden. She and her late husband, Kenneth enjoyed antiquing and collecting clocks.
Theresa is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Grimmett; brothers, Jimmy Burns, Alvin Burns, and Bobby Burns; sister, Carolyn Mentzer and three grandchildren, Aaron Sullens, Brett Kirtley; and Amber Middleton. Survivors are her children, Debbie Bentley (Jeff), Nancy Weatherford (Arthur), Butch Middleton (Angie), Debbie Dortch (Jerrell), Connie Harrison, Randy Grimmett (Regina) and Jeff Grimmett (Melissa); eighteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
We want to give a special thanks to all that took care of and loved mom these last few years, Dr. Jason Vanderberg, Kerry Wells and Carolyn Rogers.
The family will have a private graveside service with pastor Tony Harris officiating. Pallbearers will be the grandsons, Jarrod Dortch, Blake Grimmett, Chase Grimmett, Kyle Grimmett, Jason Middleton and Buddy Weatherford.

Kenneth Ray Grimmett, 84, of Ferndale, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2019. Born July 3, 1935 in Ferndale. He was the son of the late William Olin and Bertha Chastain Grimmett. He retired as a mechanic from Superior Springs.
He was preceded in death by twin daughters in 1955, his parents, brother, Wayne Grimmett, three sisters; Shirley Gragg, Darlene Belknap, Sharlene Ferrell, three grandchildren; Aaron Sullens, Brett Kirtley, Amber Middleton.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa Grimmett, children; Debbie Dortch (Jerrell), Connie Harrison, Randy Grimmett (Regina), Jeff Grimmett (Melissa), Debbie Bentley (Jeff), Nancy Weatherford (Arthur), Butch Middleton (Angie), 18 grandchildren, 24 ¾ great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Zoa Adkins, Halene Crossen,
We want to give a special thanks to all the medical professionals that took care of and loved our dad these last few years: Dr. Jason Vanderberg, Dr. Homsi, Dr. Cedric Pratt, Allay Rehab, especially Lisa Farley and Meagan McCullough.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 5-7 P.M., at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home Chapel, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock. A funeral service will be 11:00 A.M., Monday December 16, 2019 with Dr. Scott Jackson officiating. Burial to follow at Spring Valley Cemetery, Ferndale, Arkansas.
Pall Bearers will be the grandsons, Jarrod Dortch, Blake Grimmett, Chase Grimmett, Kyle Grimmett, Jason Middleton and Buddy Weatherford.
