SILOAM SPRINGS — Judy Ann Adkins, 60, of Siloam Springs died Jan. 25, 2007, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. She was born March 22, 1946, in Marceline, Mo., to James and Juanita Blue Liles. She married Hank Adkins on April 1, 1972. They moved to Siloam Springs in 1986, where she worked as the activities and social services director at Quail Ridge Living Center for 13 years. She was a member of Siloam Springs and Gentry Seventh-day Adventist Churches.
Survivors include her husband, Hank Adkins of Siloam Springs; one daughter, Annie Robertson of Siloam Springs; one son, Paul Adkins of Dallas; five grandchildren; one sister, Midge Dworak of Siloam Springs; two brothers, Larry Liles of Marceline, Mo., and Jim Liles of Portland, Texas.
A memorial service will be held later at Siloam Springs Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Cremation arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at www.backstrom-pyeatte.com.
Memorials may be made to Ozark Elementary School in Gentry.
