Cynthia Sue Warner Morris
March 6, 1948 - February 25, 2024
*Obituary
Cynthia Sue Morris (Warner), 75, of Austin, died Sunday, February, 25, 2024. She was born March 6, 1948, in Gridley, Kansas to the late Anna and Howard Warner.
Cindi is survived by two children, Corina Rogers and Brian (Andrea) Rogers; three grandchildren, Crystal Herrington, Annie (Kevin) Tweed and Jillian Rogers; six great-grandchildren, Torrie Herrington, Layla Herrington, Skylar Bayless, Phoenix Herrington Oliver Rogers and Scarlet Tweed; and four siblings Gwen (Tom) Miller, Don (Becky) Warner, RoiAnne (Scotty) Broome and Kevin (Gloria) Warner as well as many extended family members and friends. Cindi was preceded in death by her three siblings, Andy, Eddie and Beth Warner.
Cindi loved children, raising many of her grandchildren as her own. She was an avid cook, always making chili on the grill. She was a hard worker, always providing for her family and loved ones. She had a green thumb, planting various flowers and vegetables in her yard — gladiolus and orchids being her favorite. She was a God-fearing Christian who approached everyone she met with love; She attended Austin Station Baptist Church. Even in her sickness, Cindi was strong and determined.
Memorial services have yet to be announced.
