Pauline Edwards, age 100, of Pangburn, Arkansas, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on April 5, 2012. She was born on March 26, 1912 in Pangburn, Arkansas to the late James "Jim" Washington Ghent and the late Leta Morrow Ghent. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, two sisters, her husband of 63 years Everett C. Edwards, three sons Jimmy Don Edwards, Carl Ray Edwards and Bobby Joe Edwards.
Pauline was a dedicated member of the Pangburn Church of Christ. She devoted her life to being a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be remembered for her quilting and dressmaking skills as well as the unconditional love she had for her family and friends.
She is survived by one son William Albert "Butch" Edwards and wife Judy of Pangburn, two daughters-in-law Carol Edwards of Conway and Freda Edwards of Fayetteville, 14 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and life long friends.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday at Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at the Pangburn Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to: Arkansas Hospice or the charity of your choice. www.olmstead.cc.
