*When William Martin "Willie" Nowell was born on January 10, 1892, in Cleburne, Arkansas, his father, Joseph, was 31 and his mother, Iciphine, was 37. He married Martha "Frankie" Nowell on July 21, 1912. They had one child during their marriage. He died on June 3, 1969, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, at the age of 77, and was buried in Pangburn, Arkansas.
*Martha "Frankie" Nowell was born on May 28, 1892. She married William Martin "Willie" Nowell on July 21, 1912. They had one child during their marriage. She died in June 1976 at the age of 84, and was buried in Pangburn, Arkansas.
