Pat Boyle of Gentry, AR passed away February 15, 2024 at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville, surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was born June 5, 1947 in Turlock, CA to Dick Welch and Irene Gibbs Welch. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Roger Boyle and three daughters. Cammie Byrd (Mike) of Springdale, Amber McCormick (Joey) of Rogers and Misty Dye of Siloam Springs; along with five grandchildren, Asa Alsip, Patton Byrd, Holden James, Blaine Dye and Kendall McCormick. Pat is also survived by her brothers, Jerry and Cotton, her sister, Sissy and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Patsy, as she was known to many friends, was a former Miss Colcord and throughout life continued to enjoy all things shiny, sparkly, glittery and sometimes with feathers. Roger often teased that she was attracted to shiny things like a raccoon.
Pat enjoyed crafting, crocheting and painting ceramics. As a young mother, Pat was a Camp Fire Girls of America leader for many years. Friends of the girls have fond memories of how fun and silly she was.
Pat was a member of The Siloam Springs Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed her church family.
She was a beloved Mother, Wife, Friend and of course, our Little Nanny.
At her request, no service will be held. A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date to be announced.
