*When James Roland Marsh was born on January 18, 1848, in Pangburn, Arkansas, his father, Harvey, was 19 and his mother, Marilda, was 22. He married Martha Jane (Jennie) Gray on November 15, 1872, in White, Arkansas. They had ten children in 29 years. He died on January 28, 1919, in his hometown at the age of 71, and was buried there.
When Martha Jane (Jennie) Gray was born on May 13, 1856, in Dale, Alabama, her father, Samuel, was 22, and her mother, Frances, was 21. She married James Roland Marsh on November 15, 1872, in White, Arkansas. They had ten children in 29 years. She died on March 4, 1937, in Pangburn, Arkansas, at the age of 80, and was buried there.
