Norma Jean Scott Alexander, 82, of Fort Smith, died February 13, 2013 in Fort Smith.
She was born November 8, 1930 in Ada, Oklahoma to Horace Grady and Pearl Izora Deaton Scott.
She was the retired Co-Founder of Alexander Drilling, Inc and a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
She is survived by two sons, Ronny and wife Delores Alexander of Fort Smith, and Ricky and wife Cathy Alexander of Fort Smith; one sister, Sue Van Dusen of Fort Smith; one brother, L.D. Scott of Lebanon, OK; four grandchildren, Laura, Brent, and Alan Alexander and Stacy Baldogo; and seven great grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hugh E. Alexander, Jr and daughter, Tonietta Alexander.
Funeral service will be Monday, February 18, 2013 at 1:00 PM in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Alan and Brent Alexander, Lee Baldogo, Steve Walker, Darwin Hale, and Wayne Fitch.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Richard McGinnis
