Wife of Lawrence "Buzz" Wood Sr
Charlotte Elizabeth Wood was born January 15, 1910 to the late Callie Buster and Blanche Cravens Driver. She attended public school in Fort Smith, Arkansas. At an early age she joined Campbell Chapel A.M.E. Church under the pastorate of the late Rev. Gilliam where she remained a member until her death. She was Stewardess and a member of the MIssionary Society. She married Lawrence Wood, Sr. on January 25, 1932 and to this union three children were born. She died on Thursday, August 4, 1983 at the St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Forth Smith, Arkansas.
