August 29, 1931 - January 22, 1999
Rosie Lee Rogers was born August 29, 1931 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to James and Beatrice Norman. She was adopted by Will and Tennessee Black, who preceded her in death. She attended the Public Schools in Ft. Smith. She was a member of the Church of God in Christ . She later moved her membership to First Church of God in Chirst (14th & "T") under the late Rev. L.C.Dade. She was married to Horace Rogers, Sr who preceded her in death. She died in Ft. Smith on January 22, 1999.
