Cheryl Speer Faulh, 60, of Hot Springs Arkansas died Wednesday, July 1, 2009. She was born on September 20, 1948 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Edward Roy Smith and Mary Juanita (Porter) Smith. Cheryl was of the Methodist faith and was employed as a Budget Technician for the U.S.D.A. Forest Service for 18 years. Cheryl is preceded in death by her sister, Linda Smith. She is survived by her parents; her daughter Sherry Speer of Hot Springs; her brother Terry Smith and wife Debby of Hot Springs and her granddaughter Lauren Speer White along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation is from 3:00 5:00 Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Caruth Hale Funeral Home. Service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2009 at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Pam Estes officiating. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery. Pallbearers will include John C. Smith, Larry Hedrick, Bill Walker, Jim Lucas, Danny Watts, and Steve Watts. Honorary pallbearers include members of Gamma Iota Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha; Employees of USDA Forest Service, and Ft. Lake Class of 1966.
