Cleborn
February 14, 1896 - March 18, 1979
Cleborn Bass, was born on February 14, 1893 at Paris, Arkansas to the late Robert and Mary Bass. He attended school in Paris. When the family moved to Fort Smith, Arkansas, he attended Nolan Springs School. He later married Clara Lambert. He was a member of the Mission Point Baptist Church under the pastorage of the late Rev. J. L. Council. Under his suggestion the Willing Worker's Club was organized and he was a good leader. He was also on the Board of Trustees. He died on March 18, 1979 at his home.
