She temporarily leaves behind her husband of twenty-five years, Larry Hunter of Hot Springs, AR and three sons, Neal Casement of Fayetteville, AR; Grayson Hunter of Fayetteville, AR; and Aidan Hunter of Hot Springs, AR; her parents, Donny and Beverly Harris of Hot Springs, AR; her brother, Jason Harris of Hot Springs, AR; and her sister, Jessica Taylor of Atkins, AR; in-laws, Larry and Teresa Hunter, Sr. of Hot Springs, AR; brother-in-laws, Joey Hunter of Benton, AR and Clint Hunter of Hot Springs, AR; grandmother-in-law, Mary Alice Hutzel of Hot Springs, AR; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and others who loved her.
Jennifer fiercely loved her husband, sons, and all her family. Jennifer was an RN at the Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock, AR. There was never a doubt as to what Jennifer was passionate about. She knew when she graduated high school, she was destined to be a nurse. She loved caring for all her patients. She excelled especially in the care of the elderly. She delighted in the medical aspect of the job, but she also cared for the dignity of those in her care. She often talked of brushing silver hair and painting nails. When God made Jennifer, He figured out a way to place strong-will, fierce loyalty, and unending compassion into one person.
A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the Caruth-Hale Life Celebration Center at 2529 Airport Rd. A celebration of her life will begin at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the same location. Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery.
Jennifer’s passing leaves behind a legacy of empathy and a void of love that will be felt by anyone who ever knew her.
We love you, Jennifer, Aunt Jennifer, Sis!
