*Obituary
Mrs. Snow Stubblefield, wife of John Stubblefield, died at her home 12 miles north of Prescott last Saturday morning about 2:30. She contracted measles and complications set up which resulted in her death. Her remains were buried in DeAnn Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Rev. Theo Hall conducted the funeral services. She leaves a husband, one little girl, two sisters, three brothers, and a father, besides a host of friends to mourn her death. The sympathies of the entire town and county are extended to the bereaved. (Nevada County Picayune - May 2, 1918)
