Betty Nichols, 92, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away January 1, 2020. She was born October 28, 1927 to Tommy and Edith Crain.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 71 years, David Nichols; and great-granddaughter, Abigail Dunham.

Betty is survived by her children, Peggy Scott (Ken), Kathy Pitts (Ron), and Tommy Nichols (Kathie); seven grandchildren, Kevin Scott (Erin), Kelly Scott (Joanna), Katie Scott Diggs (Matt), Jennifer Pitts Vratil, Chet Pitts (Caroline), Brandon Nichols (Katie), Dustin Nichols (Lisa); 7 great-grandchildren, Mason and Dylan Diggs, Maddox and Macie Drue Dunham, Madison and Benjamin Nichols, and Blakelyn Nichols

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Morning Star Cemetery.
