Edwin D. “Ed” Perry, 86, of Central City, Arkansas, entered into rest on Thursday, December 25, 2014 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born June 16, 1928 in Paris, Arkansas the son of the late Leonard L. Sr. and Ruth Irene (Rambo) Perry. He was a retired truck driver for Red Ball Motor, former member of 39th Military Police Arkansas National Guard, a member of Lavaca First Baptist Church and Donnie Green Sunday School Class. Survivors include two daughters, Anita Faye Perry and Dee Dee Perry both of Springtown, Texas, three brothers, Jim and David Perry both of Fort Smith and Kenneth Perry of Barling, Arkansas, two sisters, Peggy Patterson of Lavaca and Betty Reyer of Fort Smith. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m Wednesday, Lavaca First Baptist Church, Lavaca, Arkansas with interment at Roselawn Cemetery, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Viewing will be 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday December 30, 2014 with Family receiving friends 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel, Lavaca, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Donnie Green Sunday School Class.
