MRS. EMMA C. DOUGLAS DIES AT FAYETTEVILLE
Funeral for Wife of Former clerk At Bentonville Will Be Held Sunday
Bentonville, Ark., Nov. 2. — Mrs. Emma Cooper Douglas, 52 years old, wife of Marion Douglas, former circuit clerk and former collector of Benton county, died in a Fayetteville hospital Friday following a surgical operation. The body was brought to her home here Saturday and funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at the Methodist Episcopal church, South.
She is survived by her husband, now connected with the state auditor's office; one daughter, Mrs. T.B. Noble Jr. of Dallas; five sons, Fred Douglas, circuit clerk of Benton county; Doke, Hal, and Dan, students at the University of Arkansas and Charles, student in Fayetteville high school; and four sisters, Mrs. Sam Donaldson of Walla Walla, Wash., Mrs. May Magruder of Colorado Springs, Mrs. Tom Forman of Gentry and Miss Lulu Cooper of Trinidad, Colo.
