SPRINGDALE — Lucille Emily Harju, 81, of Springdale died Oct. 1, 2007, at Earlene Howard Hospice Home in Springdale. She was born Oct. 26, 1925, in Winthrop, Minn., to John and Sophie Felder Eurich. She was of the Baha'I faith and was a a registered nurse and doctor of chiropractic. She was a graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reino William Harju, on Feb. 20, 1994.
Survivors include three sons, David Harju of Springdale, Alan Harju and wife Diane of Tulsa, Okla., and Larry Harju and wife Song of California; one brother, Chris Eurich; one sister, Elsie Johnson, both of Minnesota; six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Benton County Memorial Park.
