FAYETTEVILLE — Marie Thomas, 85, formerly of Fayetteville, died Jan. 27, 2007, in Tyler, Texas.
She was born April 21, 1921, in Locust Grove, Okla., to Adair B. and Estella M. DeMoss Mayes.
She was a retired employee of Lewis Ford following 28 years of service.
She was a 50-year member of the University Chapter 495 Order of Eastern Star, where she served as Past Matron. She was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Roy Thomas and Tommy Kittrell.
Survivors include one son, Pat Kittrell of Tyler.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Farmington Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Moore's Chapel with the Rev. Don Eubanks officiating, online at Mooresfuneralchapel.com.
