November 2, 1937 - October 19, 2020
Claudine Emanus, 82, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 19th, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 2nd, 1937 to the late John Lewis and Nina Yarbrough Beasley.
Claudine had a fun loving spirit and loved to cook; but her heart was for her family. All of the family gatherings were hosted at her house. She was known as a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, great-grandmother, and friend too many. She spent the last 16 years as a caregiver for First-Step.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Doug Cox, Jr; and brother, Jim “Elmer” Taylor.
Cherishing her memory are her husband, Eddie Emanus; two daughters, Judy Akins, and Connie Jones; two sisters, Nena Gatlin, and JoAnn Yarbrough; two brothers, Sonny Beasley, and Marvin Beasley; four grandchildren, Michael Childers, Andrew Akins, Chelsea Akins, and Melissa Jones; four great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Claudine will be laid to rest with a private graveside service at Crestview Cemetery.
