Mildred Mathies Hazelwood Fletcher, 78, was born December 29, 1925, in Poteau. She retired from Wal-Mart Distribution, where she was supervisor over quality control of the shoe division. She was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church and the Outreachers Sunday School Class, and was active with the Senior Choir. Mrs. Fletcher was the widow of Bill R. Hazelwood.
Funeral was at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Haven Heights Baptist Church with burial at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
She is survived by her husband , three sons, a step-daughter, two stepsons, three brothers, two grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and 13 nephews and 12 nieces.

Son of Bill R and Mildred I Mathies Fletcher Hazelwood.
Terry Lee Hazelwood, 69, formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 in a Perry, Oklahoma nursing home.
He was born on October 5, 1948 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
He was a graduate of Bolsa Grande High School in Westminster, California and a retired forklift operator. He was a member of Haven Heights Baptist Church in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Funeral services are 1:00PM, Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Roselawn Cemetery.
He is survived by two brothers, Bill Hazelwood of Lamont, Oklahoma and Ron Hazelwood of Anaheim, California and several nieces, nephews and friends.
