Roxie Louise Hill, 95, of Little Rock, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2012. She was born August 8, 1916, in Freedom, Oklahoma to the late Turner and Martha Marie Everett. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hill, and siblings, Carl Everett, Myrtle Lee Arnold, T.C. Everett, and Mary Elnora Taylor. She was a music teacher and member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her sister, Marie Nichols; nieces and nephews, Martha Light, Mary Rhoades, Fay Harris, Sonny Everett, Anna Everett, and Tommy Everett; and by her many friends at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Little Rock National Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Penn officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth.
