Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Howard will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from Lee Chapel AME Church. Rev. B. H. Raulston officiating. Burial will follow in Lot Burgy under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home. Mrs. Howard was born in Union County the daughter of Will and Pinke Dixon Howard. She was a member of Lee Chapel AME Church. Her survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Helen Hogue, Detroit, Mich.; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie E. Gardner, Pine Bluff, Mrs. Willie Ruffin, El Dorado, Mrs. Golden Sims, El Dorado and Mrs. Ruby Perry, Tucson, Ariz.; one brother, Alex Howard, Chicago, Ill.; several nieces and nephews.
