Ruth Edwards, 70, of Fort Smith died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, in Van Buren. She was a wedding co-ordinator for T. P. Davis Bridal Studios, a member of West-Ark Church of Christ and the widow of Charles Curtis Edwards. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Fentress Mortuary Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Roselawn cemetery in Fort Smith. She is survived by a son, Larry Edwards of Fort Smith; her mother, Elsie Harrison of Conway; a brother, Kenneth Harrison of Greers Ferry; two sisters-in-law, Dixie Harrison of Greers Ferry and Phyllis Tucker of Sherwood; and four grandchildren, Brooke, David, Jill and Matt Edwards.
