Jana Elizabeth "Betsy" Shook Dennis of Van Buren died Jan. 31, 2014, in Oklahoma.
She was born Aug. 29, 1979, in Fort Smith.
She attended Van Buren High School and Westark School of Nursing, where she earned her RN degree. She was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church in Van Buren.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J.R. and Joyce Shook.
She is survived by her husband, Curt Dennis of the home; Luke and Kade Dennis; her parents, Darrell and Rhonda Shook; her brother, Travis Shook and wife Summer; two nephews, Braxton and Baylor Shook; and grandparents, Doyle and Mary Beth Autry, all of Van Buren.
Private funeral service is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
