Marion Andy Copeland, 74, of Fort Smith died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, in a local hospital. He was retired from Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. after 38 years of service and was a member of Central Christian Church. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith. He is survived by his wife, Martha; two daughters, Anne Matlock and Alice Lane, both of Fort Smith; a son, Danny Hasty of Fort Smith; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Victor Hart, William Hasty, Garrett Ibison, Chad Lane, Greg Matlock and Marty Siems.

Martha Parker Copeland, of Fort Smith passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012 in Fort Smith.
She was born in Paris, AR on February 15, 1925 to the late George W. and Minnie Bowles Parker.
Martha was a member of Central Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Andy" Copeland, a son-in-law, Charles Lane, Jr., four sisters Ethel Hice, Agnes Beavers, Mildred Yocum and Jean Wilson, and three brothers, Sam "Curly" Parker, Ira Parker, and Curtis Parker.
She was known a "Gigi" to her great grandchildren and "Grandma Martha" to the children she had cared for. She taught them to garden and she made beautiful dolls of all kind for them.
Martha loved the Lord and was full of Wisdom and Compassion that she so lovingly shared with others. She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be remembered by her family and friends as a GRAND LADY who gave her all to others.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 21, 2012, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Sams officiating.
Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home
