Linda Kay (Carsten-Gray) Ulrich passed away on June 7, 2023 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Home in Walnut Ridge.
She was born March 5, 1949 in Ozark, MO to William Franklin (Jack) Carsten & Winnie Gertrude (Roberts-Brown) Carsten. She was a loving wife, grandmother, sister, aunt, but most of all she was a very loving mother. She worked with the elderly as a home health aide and at a daycare for the majority of her life.
Linda loved going to church to worship the Lord, she was one of the prayer warriors you could always count on. During her time here on earth she had many interest and hobbies, such as sewing her kids clothes, snowmen, gardening, cooking, writing recipes, shopping, going to yard sales, eating strawberries and drinking Diet Dr. Pepper or Unsweet tea but mostly spending time with her family and friends. ~Loved by Many, Respected by All~
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Larry Ulrich; 2 brothers, Jerry Lee Carsten & David Carsten; 5 sisters, Lela May McCormick, Wilma Laverne Jones, Betty Wright, Norma Jean Combs, and Carolyn Sue Fleshman.
Linda is survived by her daughter Candace Kay Staggs (Chris); 2 sons, John Alfred Gray (Bonnie) & Shannon William Gray (Sally); 6 grandchildren: Nathaniel, Rebecca, Jonathan, Kayla, Hannah and Tiffany Gray; 2 step-children, Julie Ann Rodgers & Jason Ulrich; 3 sister-in-laws, Geraldine Carsten, Mary Carsten and Judy.
Visitation will be held Saturday June 10, 2023 from 12pm-2pm at the People's Faith Tabernacle Church in Hoxie, AR.
Funeral Service will begin at 2pm with Roger Brand & Eric Mauldin officiating.
All services are under the direction of House-Gregg Funeral Homes of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Ar.
