*Obituary
Jerry Otto Bollin, Sr., 83, of Fort Smith died Thursday, August 23, 2001, in his home.
He was the owner of Bollin's Dining Emporium, a member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene, founder and president of United Fabricators, Inc., and a manufacturer of food service equipment for 55 years.
He was the widower of Juanita Bollin.
Funeral was in Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith.
He is survived by a daughter, Pam Donald of Fort Smith; a son, Jerry O. Bollin Jr., of Fort Smith; a sister, Hallie Jean Culpepper of Chattanooga, Tenn.; two brothers, Richard Myron Mayes and Bobby Mayes, both of Fayetteville; and 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Don Leonard, Leroy Casalman, Jamie Casey, Robert Vaughn, John Donald III and Jerry Bollin III.
Honorary pallbearers were the staff of United Fabricators, Inc., and Bollin's Dining Emporium.
