Corinth Stephens Willbanks, 99, of Conway, AR, passed away at Baptist Health Hospice in Little Rock on June 3, 2023.
She was born July 4, 1923, to the late Wesley A. and Ila Stephens in Naylor, Arkansas.

Corinth moved with her family to Conway in the 1930's. As a young girl, she joined First Church of the Nazarene. She was a faithful member for over 80 years.
She attended the Arkansas State Teacher's College Training School, and graduated from Conway High School. After high school, she was employed by the Ben Franklin Store, where she met and later married her late husband, Richard (Dick) Willbanks.

Corinth was later employed by the International Shoe Company and then the San Antonio Shoe Company. She was an excellent seamstress and enjoyed making clothes, quilts and knitting for family and friends
.
During retirement, Corinth traveled often with local banks and church groups. Her favorite trip was with three friends to Los Angeles, where she was a contestant on the T.V. gameshow, "The Price Is Right".

Corinth was preceded in death by her brothers, Cecil, Carroll, L.P. and Edward Stephens.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Ricky) Willbanks and Rebecca (Becky) McKinney and her husband, Tom of Maumelle; three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Heritage Living Center in Conway for the wonderful care that Corinth received while living there and for the excellent and compassionate care from Baptist Hospice of Little Rock.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 2:00PM, at Oak Grove Cemetery, 305 Bruce Street, Conway, AR 72032

Richard Parker Willbanks, 82, a lifelong resident of Conway, died Saturday (Oct. 11, 1997) at his residence.

Born Aug. 29, 1915, son of James Parker and Sarah Maddox Willbanks, he was a master electrician and was appointed Conway's first building inspector, serving from 1959 until his retirement in 1980. He attended the Fellowship Sunday School class of First Church of the Nazarene and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Conway. He was also a member of the Faulkner County Historical Society.

Survivors are his wife of 50 years, Corinth Stephens Willbanks; a son, Rick Willbanks of Conway; a daughter, Becky McKinney of Little Rock; three granddaughters; and a great-grandson.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home with the Rev. George Andrews and the Rev. Tim Kellerman officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roger Mills, Richard Hendrickson, Jay White, Ron Haney, Mike Willbanks and Butch Willbanks.
