Stephanie Sue Hager, 38, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023. She was born on April 11, 1985, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, to Kelly Butler and Steve Gargrave. She married the love of her life, John “Gray” Hager, on June 23, 2012, and together they had two children, John “Benton” and Hadley Ruth (Sue) Hager. Stephanie was the practice director of Whitlock Orthodontics in Springdale, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Gilbert Arnold and uncle, Ricky Arnold.
She is survived by her husband, Gray Hager, of the home; children, John “Benton” and Hadley Ruth (Sue) Hager, of the home; mother, Kelly Butler (David), of Tontitown, Arkansas; father, Steve (Rhonda) Gargrave, of Chouteau, Oklahoma; sister, Casie Gargrave (Tyler Stephenson), and their children, Paisley, Kingston, and Zoey-Ann, of Springdale, Arkansas; brother, Cody (Tracy) Gargrave, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grandmother, Ruth Elaine Thompson, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; grandfather, Thomas (Linda) Gargrave, of Dayton, Ohio; grandmother, Wilma Arnold, of Watts, Oklahoma; grandfather, Bill Duff, of Tontitown, Arkansas; step-sisters, Crystal Martin (Billy), of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Sandra (Ryan) Tucker, of Oskaloosa, Kansas, Elizabeth Hagar, of Claremore, Oklahoma, and Rebecca Hagar, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; mother and father in law, Ron and Kim Hager, of Cave Springs, Arkansas; sister in law, Meghan (Jon) Laffoon and son, Miller, of Farmington, Arkansas; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 PM, at Wasson Funeral Home, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The funeral service will be Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM, at John Brown University Cathedral of the Ozarks, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
