ROGERS — Peggy Jo "PJ" Boak, 42, of Rogers passed away Aug. 14. 2012. Born Oct. 6, 1969, in Huntington, W.Va.
Preceded in death by her mother, Corla Mae Hamlin Moore; sister, Wynette Marie Moore.
Survivors husband Joseph Curtis Boak; children, Samantha and Steven Boak; father, Delmar Dale Moore Jr.; siblings, Eddie Ray Moore of Avoca, Delmar Dale Moore III of Harrison, Barbara Ann Turner of Rogers and Dianna Dawn Hayes of West Plains, Mo.; 12 nieces and nephews.
Private graveside service at Twelve Corners Cemetery.
Memorial contributions for Peggy may be made at any Iberiabank.
Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers.
