BENTONVILLE — Joe Gaston of Bentonville died Dec. 10 at Willard Walker Hospice. Service set for 11 a.m. Dec. 16 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. No visitation. Joe Lee Gaston, 82, of Bentonville, died December 10 at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville.

He was born February 15, 1934 in Bentonville to Paul Thatcher Gaston and Eva Marie Broadhurst Gaston. He served in the US Army as an SP5 and was stationed in France. He received two degrees in agricultural conservation as a soil scientist. He enjoyed cattle farming and being outdoors. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Margaret Lynch Gaston of the home; a son, Lance Gaston and wife Renee of West Fork; a granddaughter, Chantel Gaston of West Fork; a sister, Martha Laster of Timbo, Ar. and a brother-in-law Leo Lynch and wife Dorothy of Pea Ridge.

Services are set for 11 A.M. Friday, December 16 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. A private family burial will follow. No Visitation. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Arkansas Alzheimers Association, 210 N Walton Ave, #25, Bentonville, AR 72712.

BENTONVILLE - Margaret Jo Lynch Gaston, 83, of Bentonville, died Feb. 6, 2017, at Willard Walker Hospice in Fayetteville. She was born Nov. 7, 1933, in Brightwater, Ark., to Joseph Richard Lynch and Ida Mae Ruddick Lynch.

She was an elementary teacher for the Rogers and Fayetteville Schools. She had a master's degree in education from the University of Arkansas and was committed to the Christian ministry where she was Regional Director for Women Alive for several years. She was a spirit filled Christian, a saint, a child of God, a prayer warrior, a woman of integrity who loved her family and friends. She was a master seamstress and made clothing for her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joe Gaston. Survivors are a son, Lance Gaston and wife Renee of West Fork; a granddaughter, Chantel Gaston of West Fork; a brother Leo Lynch and wife Dorothy of Pea Ridge and several nieces and nephews.

Service is set for 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 10 at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Pratt Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. before the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association Arkansas, 5506 Walsh Lane, Suite 212, Rogers, Ark., 72756. Online condolences may be made at siscofuneralhome.net.
