CENTRAL CITY — Robert F. "Bob" Frisbie, 76, of Central City died Friday, June 2, 2006, in Fort Smith. He was born Dec. 20, 1929, in Fort Smith, was retired from the Air Force and a retired master sergeant, retired from Rheem, and was a member of Riverdale Freewill Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and a Sunday school teacher. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lewis Funeral Chapel of Lavaca with burial at Hickory Ridge Cemetery northeast of Lavaca. He is survived by his wife, Mary; a son, Mike Frisbie of Darby, Mont.; three sisters, Norma Jean Williams Wardrup of Fort Smith, Donna Joslin of Fort Worth, Texas, and Anna Ruth Johnston of Marion, Va.; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Bobby, Randy and Jerry Joslin, Charles Wardrup Jr., Jay Frisbie Jr. and Arthur Heathcock. Times Record Online

Mary Frisbie, 88, formerly of Lavaca, AR. entered into rest on July 18, 2021 in Van Buren, AR. She was born on August 22, 1932 in Bentonville, AR. to the late Dick and Nola (Palmer) Cawood. She was homemaker and a member of Enterprise Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed camping, boat riding, working in her yard and going to church. She loved being around people. She was liked by many people and will be greatly missed. She is survived by one granddaughter Michelle Frisbie and one great nephew Christopher Cawood. Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Hickory Ridge Cemetery in Lavaca, AR. with visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Lavaca, AR. Pallbearers will be Christopher Cawood, Nathaniel Terry and Bro. Buddy Corbell. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Lavaca, AR.
