John Marion Fultner son of Charles Edgar Fultner and Mary (Decker) Johnson. Jessie Ruth (Milgrim) Fultner daughter of Henry Milgrim and Ollie (Johnson) Milgrim.

John Marion Fultner, 88 of Hoxie; passed suddenly, January 6, 2023, at his residence. Born to the late, Charlie and Mary Deckard Fultner on June 2, 1934, in Randolph County.
He was united in marriage to Jessie Milgrim on July 10, 1953. He was a hard-working mechanic by trade, loved his family, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and wrestling.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Lavada Collins; two brothers, James (Bud) and Charles (Jack) Fultner; and three sisters, Gladys Wilson, Loreen Thatch, and Opal Shehorn.
Survivors include his wife of 69 ½ years, Jessie Fultner; four sons, Eugene of Paragould, Gary (Sherri) and Dwayne (Cindy) Fultner, and Jim Collins all of Hoxie; eight grandchildren, Stephania Edwards, Maranda (Steve) Light, Brittney (Anthony) Vaughn, Jonathan (Amy) Fultner, Kyle (Ashley) Fultner, Jarrod Fultner, Jodie Fultner, and Hannah (Hunter) Mount; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grands; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 2 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. Glenn Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary, Jonathan and Kyle Fultner, Hunter Mount, Steve Light and Matt Miles. Honorary Pallbearers are Eugene, Dwayne and Jarrod Fultner, Logan Light and Jim Collins. Interment will follow in the Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick.
Visitation will be from 12 P.M. till 2 P.M. Tuesday.

Jessie Ruth (Milgrim) Fultner, 89 of Hoxie passed away on April 10, 2023, at Flo & Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro following a short illness. Born to the late Henry and Ollie Johnson Milgrim on September 18, 1933, in Lawrence County. She was united in marriage to John M. Fultner on July 10, 1953. She was a homemaker, loved her family, and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; the love of her life, John; a daughter, Lavada Collins; and two sisters, Addie Mae Kennedy and Clara Lee Smith.
Survivors include four sons, Eugene (Jan) of Paragould, Gary (Sherri) Fultner, Dwayne (Cindy) Fultner, and Jim Collins all of Hoxie; eight grandchildren, Stephania Edwards, Maranda (Steve) Light, Britney (Anthony) Vaughn, Jonathan (Amy) Fultner, Kyle (Ashley) Fultner, Jarrod and Jodie Fultner all of Hoxie, and Hannah (Hunter) Mounts of Walnut Ridge; twelve great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the Bryan Chapel with Bro. Glenn Smith officiating.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Mounts, Anthony Vaughn, Matt Miles, Gary, Jonathan, and Kyle Fultner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jarrod Fultner, Caleb Jones, Logan Light, John Calvin Fultner, Brentley Fultner, Henry Fultner, Colt Mounts, Gabe Taylor, Wayne Colley, and Jackson Miles.
Interment will follow in the Old Military Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM in the Bryan Chapel.
