Helen Lavon "Don" Davis, 85 passed away Saturday, June 30,2012 at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home.
She was born march 20, 1927 at Mt. Holly, AR to Junius Beverly and Mary Magdalene Miller Dews.
Don was a member of Wyatt Baptist Church. She was also a previous grower at Miller Nursery.
Don is preceded in death by both her parents; her husband Roy Dale Davis; two daughters, Lajuana Cottrell and Patricia Ann Davis;one sister, Lorene Watson;one brother Edward Dews.
Survivors include one daughter, Cathie (John ) Leveritt of Marysville, AR;one son-in-law, Russell Cottrell of El Dorado,AR; two brothers, Jack Dews of Camden, AR and Joe Dews of Spearsville, LA;
four grandchildren Jeff (Jane) Andrews, Amber King, Todd Cottrell, and Chris (Shannon) Cottrell;and
10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
